"Filled out information for a quote on a third party site, they called me right away but I couldnt talk. Now have called me 20+ times. I picked up the phone, say hello and it just hangs up. Now have blocked the number since whomever is calling cannot get it together on their end of the phone"

First, let me say thank you for expressing interest in getting a quote for your insurance with our office. We sincerely appreciate the opportunity! Our Account Manager, Caitlyn, has been the one reaching out to you and I spoke with her to see if something happened internally but nothing stands out and to our knowledge, we haven’t had any issues with our phones not working. Sometimes our headsets give us a little trouble so maybe something happened there. We also reviewed our calls to you and only have 8 recorded, not 20+. Maybe a different company was also calling you? Again, I am sincerely sorry for the frustration we have caused you. I have removed you from any future follow ups from our office.
